To install the viewer select 'Open' and the download will begin, followed shortly by the installation. In order for this to occur you will require installation rights for the computer which you are using, if you do not have these the following message will be displayed after the download has completed:

At this point you should contact either the owner of the PC or your network support/administrator to run the installation for you. Once installed on a particular machine, it will be available to all users.
